Ocotber 2012
Henry Link from Georgia, USA
I used my new Deep Jungle XL this weekend with the Boy Scouts at the Rye Wilderness Park on the Upper Manatee River in Southwest Florida. My son used his Expedition Asym. We got to camp around 8:00PM and it was already dark. We setup our hammocks in the dark in about 5 minutes. The rest of the gang worked on their tents for at least another 10 ~ 15 munutes. Slept like a baby on Friday night; however, I froze my but off on Saturday night. The temp dipped down into the high 50s and I did not bring my DoubbleBubble (won't do that again). Take down was just as quick as setup with the Snakeskins. - Henry Link
For his Gearmail prize Henry selected the Deep jungle XL, with an upgraded Hex Fly and 72'' webbing straps, Refective Bubble Pad and Snake skins.

We like to hang because the set up is much faster than a tent, I don't need to mess with clearing the ground or finding a level spot, and I sleep much better in a hammock than on the ground, especially in the summer when it's over 100 degrees!" - Chris
